HOW TO BOOK AN

APPOINTMENT?

Go to the stylist page and contact or book with your stylist directly. If you do not know what to book please fill out our contact form.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

We cannot guarantee the longevity of your color services if you are using non professional salon sold products that are not prescribed to you by your stylist. We carry formula 18, Az luxury Haircare and Color Wow.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN WITH ME?

We are a small salon and for safety and liability reasons, we ask that you please arrange for child care during your appointment.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Crown Jewel Hair Studio and its stylist value our customers time and we ask that our customers respect our stylists so we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. In the event you cancel within the 48 hour window you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. If you cancel the day of your appointment you will be charged 75% of the total service. If you no show you will be charged 75% of the service charge and be charged a $100 rebooking fee to book your next appointment.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY SERVICE!
WHAT IS THE POLICY?

We understand you may change your mind and want to modify your service. However, the same rule as our cancellation policy applies. If you are wanting to change your service by decreasing if you are under the 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your total service cost. If you ask to modify a service at the time of service you will be charged 75% of the total service cost. If you are wanting to modify your service by changing or adding we ask that you please contact your stylist. When we booked your appointment we allotted a certain amount of time to complete the service. Please do this 48 hours in advance as it may result in your stylist having to reschedule you in order to meet  your request and give your your desired results.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

We ask that you wear solid colors to your appointment black, tan, brown and white are perfect. Please do not wear large earrings, hoodie sweatshirts or turtlenecks to your appointment. Since our products are much more gentle now a days...We also ask that you arrive to your appointment with freshly washed hair (can be day prior) and with no product in it. If you have natural curly hair and do not wear it curly the majority of time please come with her hair blown out also with zero product.
